The 3-Year Certification Cycle
You complete an application covering your organization's profile, scope, headcount, and locations. We review it for completeness and set the audit duration according to international manday rules.
We issue a quotation detailing stages, duration, and fees — with no hidden costs. Work begins once both parties sign the certification agreement.
Auditors assess your system's readiness: documentation adequacy, understanding of requirements, and readiness for Stage 2. Findings are shared so you can address them first.
An on-site implementation audit — interviews, process observation, and records verification to confirm the system operates effectively against the standard.
A decision team independent of the audit team reviews all results. Impartial decisions are a principle we protect without compromise.
The certificate is issued with a 3-year validity and a QR code that anyone can verify in real time on our official portal.
Surveillance audits at least once a year ensure the system is maintained and your certificate remains valid throughout its term.
Near the end of the third year, a recertification audit renews the certificate for the next three-year cycle.
Rights & Terms
Any party may appeal a certification decision or lodge a complaint about our services. Every complaint is handled by personnel not involved in the matter, investigated to completion, and the outcome is formally communicated to the complainant.
Submit an appealCertified clients may use our certification mark in promotional material within the scope on the certificate. The mark must not be used on products or packaging in a way that implies product certification, and must be withdrawn if the certificate is suspended or revoked.
The certificate remains valid as long as the organization maintains its management system, accepts scheduled surveillance audits, addresses nonconformities on time, and reports significant changes — such as changes of location, scope, or ownership.
